We ship to the continental United States and Canada. Some of our licensed cutouts are unable to be shipped internationally due to licensing restrictions. All products come packaged in high-quality durable packaging materials designed to withstand the bumps and scrapes of shipping cross country. If your order encounters any damage from shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and notify our support team immediately so we can work on resolving your issue in a timely manner.

Licensed standups ship from a facility in the mountain west region. Please note, licensed products are not eligible for refunds due to delays in shipping.

We generally do not offer refunds or accept returns. Under certain circumstances, refunds may be available for late, damaged, or lost shipments. Shipments that arrive later than anticipated are only eligible for a refund of shipping fees when a guaranteed shipping option was selected.
