We ship to the continental United States and Canada. Some of our licensed cutouts are unable to be shipped internationally due to licensing restrictions. All products come packaged in high-quality durable packaging materials designed to withstand the bumps and scrapes of shipping cross country. If your order encounters any damage from shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and notify our support team immediately so we can work on resolving your issue in a timely manner.

Licensed standups ship from a facility in the mountain west region. Please note, licensed products are not eligible for refunds due to delays in shipping.

What material are your standups made of?
Our cutouts are made of a fluted cardboard material with attached easel for support and helping to stand your cutout up.

How long will it take to get my cardboard cutout?
Processing times take 2-3 business days and our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you need it faster, we'd recommend upgrading to one of our faster shipping options to ensure it gets to you in time for your special event. We offer premium shipping options at speeds from 3 days to overnight.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once placed, orders are considered final. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped out, we can refund the shipping fee but not the product fee..

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, howeverÊsome of our items are not permitted outside of the US. Please note that customers are responsible for all tariffs and taxes.

How will my cardboard standup be shipped?
Standups arrive folded and packed in large cardboard boxes.  Each cardboard standup will have a surrounding shell to protect the edges during shipping and will arrive with an attachable stand.
